* No payment/Late payment = No order.

* A confirmation email will be sent to you for you to double-check.

* Strictly, Gawking-sprees does not accept any last minute cancellation/changes of orders after confirmation.

* Strictly no refunds will be made after confirmation.

* Upon confirmation, please make your payment via POSB/DBS bank transfer within 48 hours.

* When you are ordering from any Taiwan sprees, please always take the DIRECT PRICE (直接購買價).

* Items from the sprees take approximately 4-8 weeks to be shipped over to Singapore, order only if you are comfortable with it.

* Babes, please do not ask for refunds if your item is processing and not OOS.

* Sprees will be closed down if the response is very bad.

* Goods sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

* Full refund will only be made if goods are out of stock or when sprees is/are closed down due to bad response.

* If the Taiwan supplier make a mistake in the order/(s), Gawking-sprees will not be held responsible.

* All items are 100% brand new unless stated.

* Gawking-sprees does not do any form of reservation or swaps.

* The colours of the items may differ due to computer's colour resolution/photography lighting.

* Remember to check the sizes and measurements for the apparels!

* For preorders, orders will only be sent in after reaching minimum cap unless stated.

* It is not possible for Gawking-sprees to provide you an exact date on when your items will arrive.

* Please note that items from sprees may need time to restock. It will take mostly around a few weeks(+/-). You will be informed via email or sms, you can also check the update of the status here at Gawking-sprees.

* All prices stated are fixed, no nego.

* All amount are in Singapore currency(S$) unless stated.

* And lastly, we don't cheat money.
We are trustable. You can choose to believe it or not.

We've just seen negative posts from customers. They criticized people, telling others we are not responsible? Oh please, do you people even know what happened? What caused the delay for your items or whatever reasons? Hey, we have also been scammed by suppliers okay? The amount isn't small, so we need time to refund each one of you. Even thou we've been scammed, we still refunded each one of you leh, with our own money. And somemore, we contacted everyone of you to notify, we never MIA okay? We also might take a few days to reply to your mails and tags, we cannot use the computer 24/7 right? Sometimes the goods arrive late because something unexpected cropped up. Understand? To those patient babes, we really appreciate you guys, love you people (: but to those who criticizes and asking people not to patronise from us, please use your brains. Put yourself in other people's shoes la. What'll you do if you've been scammed hundred bucks and more and that supplier went MIA, refusing to reply your messages or calls? This has been more that 1 year and that supplier still doesn't want to do anything. It is frustrating. So get the facts right first, okay? If you really can't wait anymore, we can negotiate, for e.g. refund you a particular amount first? Don't anyhow blacklist people or assume anything. We know who you are okay? We want to see what happens to you guys when you are being scammed.

COLLECTION METHODS

1. Postage (Normal/Registered)

All items will be mailed out via SingPost.

Postage is recommended. Registered postage is strongly encouraged to prevent any items lost in the postage. Gawking-sprees will not be liable for any damage & loss for any items.

2. Meet-up

Meet-up for collection of goods is only applicable with a minimum purchase of S$30 or with a purchase of 3 to 4 items and above. (Does not include small items such as accessories.)

* FOC meet-up venues are as follow:
» Yishun MRT station
» Khatib MRT station

* Extra charges ranging from
$1.50 and onwards for meet-ups at other places of your convenience.
